- Planet Labs requests modification to increase the number of authorized antennas from one to three, to relocate the ground station site to the Morehead State University Browning Orchard, located approximately 20 miles north of the original site, and to increase the output power of the transmitter centered at 450.0 MHz. The additional antennas are technically identical to, and will be co-located with, the original antenna at the new site. See Attachment A.
