Panasonic Avionics Corporation (Panasonic) requests modification of its earth station aboard aircraft (ESAA) license to add three points of communication for the Panasonic Phased Array (Antenna ID "PPA") antennas and four points of communication for the Single-Panel Antenna (Antenna ID "SPA") antennas. Specifically, Panasonic seeks to add: (1) AsiaSat-7 at 105.5° E.L., in the 12.5-12.75 GHz (space-to-Earth) and 14.0-4.5 GHz (Earth-to-space) frequency bands, (2) IS-33 at 60.0° E.L., in the 10.95-11.2 GHz, 11.45-12.2 GHz, and 12.5-12.6 GHz (space-to-Earth) and 14.0-4.5 GHz (Earth-to-space) frequency bands, and (3) JCSAT-2B at 154° E.L., in the 11.45-11.7 GHz (space-to-Earth) and 14.0-4.5 GHz (Earth-to-space) frequency bands, as authorized points of communication for both the PPA and SPA antennas. Panasonic requests waiver of the U.S. Table of Allocations to allow operations with IS-33 in the 12.5-12.6 GHz (space-to-Earth) frequency band and AsiaSat-7 in the 12.5-12.75 GHz (space-to-Earth) frequency band on a non-interference basis. Panasonic also requests the addition of Galaxy 16 at 99.0° W.L. in the 11.7-12.2 GHz (space-to-Earth) and 14.0-4.5 GHz (Earth-to-space) frequency bands as an authorized point of communication for the SPA antennas.
