Explanation
Please explain in the area below why an STA is necessary:
GDMS is requesting this STA to verify LTE communications between multiple phones to multiple stationary and mobile base stations on vehicles as part of the initial phase of a government contract.

Purpose of Operation
Please explain the purpose of operation:  All have associated backhaul to a central node. GDMS will verify proper integration into vehicle systems and basic radio functionality. Vehicles will be stationary and mobile during operation. Testing will be intermittent as each of the systems undergo verification over the start through stop dates.
