Comment from FCC:
1) What is different about this 0570-EX-ST-2019 STA from the conventional license that you applied
earlier 0107-EX-CN-2019?

GDMS Response: The only difference is the location where GDMS is proposing to perform this
experimental testing.

Comment from FCC:
2) You need to prior coordinate with FirstNet for both of the 700 MHz frequencies in the FirstNet band.

GDMS Response: That FirstNet coordination was completed but was not authorized. FirstNet indicated it
should be notched out from the application for 0107-EX-CN-2019. I have amended this most recent
application, 0570-EX-ST-2019, and deleted these frequencies from the STA application.
