Exhibit Ownership of Rainbow Network Communications Below is the proposed path of ownership for each of the indirect disclosable interest holders in Rainbow Network Communications (the “Licensee”). RNC Holding Corporation holds a 50% ownership interest in the Licensee. RNC II Holding Corporation holds a 50% ownership interest in the Licensee. Rainbow Programming Holdings LLC holds a 100% ownership interest in each of RNC Holding Corporation and RNC II Holdings Corporation, which holds, in the aggregate, a 100% ownership interest in the Licensee. Rainbow Media Enterprises, Inc. holds a 100% ownership interest in Rainbow Programming Holdings LLC, which holds a 100% ownership interest in each of RNC Holding Corporation and RNC II Holdings Corporation, which holds, in the aggregate, a 100% ownership interest in the Licensee. Rainbow Media Holdings LLC holds a 100% ownership interest in Rainbow Media Enterprises, Inc., which holds a 100% ownership interest in Rainbow Programming Holdings LLC, which holds a 100% ownership interest in each of RNC Holding Corporation and RNC II Holdings Corporation, which holds, in the aggregate, a 100% ownership interest in the Licensee. AMC Networks Inc. (“AMC”) will hold a 100% ownership interest in Rainbow Media Holdings LLC, which holds a 100% ownership interest in Rainbow Media Enterprises, Inc., which holds a 100% ownership interest in Rainbow Programming Holdings LLC, which holds a 100% ownership interest in each of RNC Holding Corporation and RNC II Holdings Corporation, which holds, in the aggregate, a 100% ownership interest in the Licensee. The proposed ownership of AMC is described below. AMC Shareholders As the associated Description of the Transaction and Public Interest Statement states, control of the Licensee will be transferred to AMC from Cablevision Systems Corporation (“CVC”). Upon the closing of the transaction, the shares of AMC will be held by shareholders in the same percentage as those shareholders hold CVC shares. Only two groups hold more than 10% of any class of CVC shares today and, therefore, are expected to hold more than 10% of any class of AMC stock. Their individual ownership is not presented here because of their inclusion in the Dolan Family Group.

Descendants of Patrick F. Dolan; and CFD 2010 Grandchildren Trust FBO Descendants of James L. Dolan.3/ On February 10, 2011, T. Rowe Price Associates, Inc. submitted an SEC Schedule 13(G) reporting that, as of December 31, 2010, it held 11.8% of the Class A Common Stock of CVC. T.
