Dear Ms. Lott:

I have attached an Exhibit B that says we are aware of the need to perform frequency
coordination when using this C-band transportable. I have also attached a revised radiation
hazard analysis with the 69.4 watts maximum RF power specified (I apologize for the mix-up I
believe that the submitted radhaz did not consider the final earth station design parameters). I
hope this provides you with the information you need. If you need any additional information
please let me know.

Best regards,

Ken

Hello Mr. Ken,

On your pending application above supplement information is needed for completion you need to
submit a statement letter attachedment regarding that you are award of the FCC rule 25.277 of
the CFR for a SNG Truck you have freq coordination when in operation of your earth station, and
also your FCC Form 312 schedule B question # E38 the Watts Power being 69.4 and on your
Radiation Hazard Analysis you have 19.96 watts; why is there such a big different in the values of
the two per staff engineer? Please respond back to the correct information in question.

Thanks
