Washington, DC 20554 Re: DIRECTV Enterprises, LLC, IBFS File No. SAT-MOD-20150304-00009 Dear Ms. Dortch: In this proceeding, DIRECTV Enterprises, LLC (“DIRECTV”) has requested an extension of the license term for the DIRECTV 8 space station (call sign S2632). In response to a request from the International Bureau staff, DIRECTV hereby provides the following supplemental facts: 1. There have been no critical failures on the spacecraft that would result in lack of redundancy for any critical system, including propulsion and TT&C. 2. DIRECTV 8 has had some very minor, but acceptable, loss of solar panel capacity that is expected to have no impact on the spacecraft’s ability to perform its mission. 3.
