Dear Ms. Dortch: At the request of Commission staff, The Chester Telephone Company d/b/a TruVista Communications (“TruVista” or “Transferor”), and York Telecoms Holdings US L.P. (“Applicants”) hereby supplement the pending Joint Application to identify the geographic areas where Transferor and its Subsidiary Licensees (Lockhart Telephone Company (“Lockhart”), Ridgeway Telephone Company (“Ridgeway”), Fairfield Communications, Inc. (“Fairfield”), and TruVista Communications of Georgia, LLC (TruVista-GA) provide local exchange services as an Incumbent LEC or a Competitive LEC. TruVista, an incumbent LEC, provides service in the Great Falls, SC exchange 803-482; the Lewisville, SC exchange 803-789; and the Chester, SC exchanges 803-375, 803-377, 803-385, and 803-581. Lockhart, an incumbent LEC, provides service in the Lockhart, SC exchange 864-545. Ridgeway, an incumbent LEC, provides service in the Ridgeway, SC exchange 803-337. Fairfield, a competitive LEC operates in the cities of Columbia, SC and Camden, SC and in the South Carolina towns of Chapin/Little Mountain and Winnsboro. TruVista-GA, a competitive LEC operates in the Georgia cities of Lavonia, Eastanolle, Toccoa, Carnesville, Clayton, Dillard/Mountain City, and Royston.
