We, the under signed, as the manufacturer, do further acknowledge sole responsibility for any and all market placement requirements for which 7layers GmbH, as our appointed representative has signed on our behalf, pursuant to regulatory certifications and country approvals. This appointment is valid for one year, beginning with the date of this authorization provided, however, Datalogic SRL may revoke this authorization and appointment at any time prior to the expiration of the one-year period upon written notice to 7layers GmbH.
