Date: March 31, 2011 Itron OEMs: This note serves as an additional agreement between Itron and its OEMs stating that the OEMs will use the Itron ITR9002 module (Figure 1) in accordance with the FCC rules on limited modular approval devices. The unit will be professionally installed and all hosts will be tested for compliance with the ITR9002 module installed. In addition, the module label will be located to display the FCC and IC IDs of the ITR9002 module to be externally visible when installed. Confidentiality of the internal photos is being requested because this is a non-consumer device which is not accessible by the general public, professionally installed, and is only serviceable by the Itron, or designated technicians.
