Date: May 27, 2010 Itron OEMs: This note serves as an additional agreement between Itron and its OEMs stating that the OEMs will use the Itron AMI6 module (Figure 1) in accordance with the FCC rules on limited modular approval devices. The unit will be professionally installed inside various Itron meter forms (Figure 2). In addition, the module label will be located to display the FCC and IC IDs of the AMI6 module to be externally visible when installed. Confidentiality of the internal photos is being requested because this is a non-consumer device which is not accessible by the general public, professionally installed, and is only serviceable by the Itron, or designated technicians. Confidentiality of the technical manual is also being requested due to the technical nature of the manual.
