Dear Sir or Madam,

This is to dectare that the device in application PH3 DJ—296T has been blocked for
any and all access of 824.00 to $19.9975MH and 869.00 to 894.9975Mtz
‘The device uses double super heterodyne as a receiver circuit and frequency is
gonerated. with PLL synthesizer circuitry. The first local oscillation frequeney is
between 185.150 and 219.145Mh range, andactual receiving frequencies ofthis devico
is 216000 to 249.999MHz. In addition, the harmonics are filtered out before the signal
goes into the mixer circuit, therefore 800MH range can‘t be received. The low—pass
filters are sot for 2B0MHas a cut—off froqueney.
The CPU used in this device, our parts code 1C9 XA09IG, venders code
MS82GTMBLGP is exclusively programmed and burned for US export model. Alinco, Inc
exports solely this version to the US market, and this CPU can‘t be modified by any
means to receive the cellular frequencies declared above. Moreaver, the entirecircuitry
of this device is not designed to cover the cellular frequencies anyway
To my best of knowledge informedfrom the chiefengineer in charge of PH3 DJ+
206T, above declared is true

    Respectfully,

             barnbara
    Kazuhiro Kusubara
