CE-mark height must be 5mm +0.1/-0mm. - ”Basic Layout File, Product Unit Label” in tif-format must be used as graphical input for this label print. The layout in this file is made 4:1, in 600dpi resolution. - To ensure best possible label print quality 1. Use a printing program as BarTender or CODEsoft. 2. Insert image (the GN tif-file). 3. Scale the image until UL-circle mark height is 5.2mm +0.1/-0mm. 4. Place the image on the label area, with reference to the lower right corner (shown above). 5. Use a 600dpi Zebra printer. 6. Use the right and good quality resin based ink ribbon (i.e. RICOH B120HS). 7. Verify and adjust the thermal transfer heating on the printer to ensure best and solid print.
