CompliancewithRFExposureStandards 
YourDigitalTwoWayRadioisdesignedandtestedtocompliancewithanumberofnationaland
international standards and guidelines for human exposure to radio frequency electromagnetic
energy. This radio compliance with the IEEE (FCC) and ICNIRP exposure limits for
occupational/controlledRFexposureenvironmentsatoperatingdutyfactorsofupto50%talk50%
listenandisapprovedforoccupationaluseonly.IntermsofmeasuringRFenergyforcompliance
with these exposure guidelines, your radio generates measureable RF energy only while it is
transmitting(duringtalking),notwhenitisreceiving(listening)orinstandbymode.

ƽ Userawarenessinstructionsshouldaccompanydevicewhentransferredtootherusers.

OperationalInstructionsandTrainingGuidelines
To ensure optimal performance and compliance with the occupational/controlled environment
RFenergyexposurelimitsintheabovestandardsandguidelines,usersshouldtransmitnomore
than50%ofthetimeandalwaysadheretothefollowingprocedures;
ƽ Antennagainmustnotexceed3.65dBiforUHFandVHF.
ƽ The antenna installation must comply with the requirements of manufacturer or supplier,
   anditmustbe1.08meterawayfromhumanbody.


    Note:RFexposuredecreasewithincreasingdistancefromtheantenna.
ƽ To ensure optimal performance and compliance with the occupational/controlled
     environmentRFenergyexposurelimitsintheabovestandardsandguidelines,usersshould
     transmitnomorethan50%ofthetimeandalwaysadheretothefollowingprocedures;and
     shouldtransmitnomorethan50%ofthetime,althoughthehardwaresupporttransmission
     upto100%ofthetimeinanalogmodeandupto50%indigitalmode.

FCCStatement
ThisequipmenthasbeentestedandfoundtocomplywiththelimitsforaClassBdigitaldevice,
pursuant to part 15 of FCC Rules. These limits are designed to provide reasonable protection
against harmful interference in a residential installation. This equipment generates and can
radiateradiofrequencyenergyand,ifnotinstalledandusedinaccordancewiththeinstructions,
