NARRATIVE AND FREQUENCY COORDINATION EXHIBIT


This application seeks Special Temporary Authority for video production from aircraft in support
of broadcast network operation during a series of NFL football games and other televised
sporting events. The applicant is professionally engaged in video production operations for
clients and has been retained to provide video feeds for television network broadcast from
aircraft near the stadiums listed below on the dates specified.

This application proposes the use of the band 2390-2416 MHz for video downlink transmissions
from aircraft to production vehicles on site.

Operation will occur only on the specific dates listed. 2016 Events, locations and dates are as
follows:

9/15 Ralph Wilson Stadium, Orchard Park, NY - 42 deg 46' 26" N and 78deg 47' 13" W
9/22 Gillette Stadium, Foxborough, MA - 42deg 05' 27" N and 71deg 15' 52" W
9/27 Paul Brown Stadium, Cincinnati, OH - 39deg 05' 44" N and 84deg 30' 58" W
10/6 Levi's Stadium, Santa Clara, CA - 37deg 24' 11" N and 121deg 58' 12" W
10/13 Qualcomm Stadium, San Diego, CA - 32deg 46' 59" N and 117deg 07' 10" W
10/20 Lambeau Field, Green Bay, WI - 44deg 30' 05" N and 88deg 03' 43" W
10/27 Nissan Stadium, Nashville, TN - 36deg 09' 59" N and 86deg 46' 17" W
11/3 Raymond James Stadium, Tampa, FL - 27deg 58' 33" N and 82deg 30' 12" W
11/24 Ford Field, Detroit, MI - 42deg 20' 24" N and 83deg 02' 44" W
12/24 NRG Stadium, Houston, TX - 29deg 41' 05" N and 95deg 24' 39" W
1/2/17 Busch Stadium, St Louis, MO - 38deg 37' 21" N and 90deg 11' 35" W

All operation will be coordinated in advance, as are all radio frequency operations in and around
these events, by the frequency coordinators of the Society of Broadcast Engineers in the San
Francisco and northern California broadcast market, and on site by the NFL Frequency
Organization Group (aka Game Day Coordinators) of the National Football League. However,
this application proposes the use of frequencies that are allocated on a primary basis to the
Amateur Radio Service. Operation will be coordinated in advance with ARRL, the national
association for Amateur Radio, and with local Amateur Radio frequency coordinating entities in
the listed metro areas.

Should any interference be reported, Winged Vision STA operation will cease immediately and
not resume until resolved to the satisfaction of the licensee(s) affected.
