Explanation
Please explain in the area below why an STA is necessary:
The applicant requires video-bandwidth channels in the range 2390-2416 MHz for video production for television network use for various 2016 NFL football games and for other televised sporting events. Sufficient channels in the listed metropolitan areas for video production based on LTTS licenses held by the applicant are not available due to the intensive spectrum use for these newsworthy sporting events.

Purpose of Operation
Please explain the purpose of operation:  Airborne video downlinks for broadcast network use in support of NFL televised football games and other televised sporting events.
