MEMORANDUM FOR RECORD

SUBJECT: Relationship to Other STAs

1. This STA is a resubmission of STA 0883-EX-ST-2014. The older STA can be deleted from the
system.

2. When trying to pay the fee for STA 0883, I mis-entered the credit card number. The
online system locked me out of using the credit card payment because the card was
declined. I was unable to quickly resolve this with the FCC and get the credit card option
re-enabled.

3. My work around was to retype the information in STA 0883 as this new STA.

4. STA 0883 can be deleted from the system. I will make an entry there to that effect.

5. I apologize for any inconvenience this may cause, but with the short timeline to the
beginning of the requested experimental window, I didn’t want to wait any longer to
resolve my online payment problem.
