I'm re-sending this since I think I used the wrong correspondence reference number earlier today. I
apologize if this is a duplication.

Sorry this took so long to answer, I was out of the office last Thursday and Friday.

Question 1: You have entered 2 different power levels (ERP) for each band, 8000 W and 80000 W. Are
these correct ERP?

Answer 1: The two different power levels are incorrect. All radiation is at 8,000 Watts ERP (80 W peak
power and a 20 dBi antenna). Should I amend the application or is this correspondence all that's
needed?

Question 2: What is the aircraft AGL? 3000 ft or 3000 m ?

Answer 2: The aircraft will be at 3,000 feet Above Ground Level (AGL).
