Explanation
Please explain in the area below why an STA is necessary:
FCC approved hardware will be purchased from Ubisense upon FCC approval. In order to do a product suitability study in our lab Ubisense will be providing us with hardware prior to FCC approval. We will be researching the use of technology in low power experimental testing. Other than the purchase of the future FCC approved equipment no other contractual arrangements have been made.

Purpose of Operation
Please explain the purpose of operation:  Determining the accuracy, robustness, and viability of location sensing technology for smart conference rooms with hardware that will track participants in a conference room environment.
