Subject: [Non-DoD Source] Coordination Request

Hi Guillo,

We are applying for an experimental STA to do certification and customer
acceptance testing at four airport locations. The transmitter is used to
transmit Differential GPS (DGPS) correction data, and will be placed on
airport property at each of the locations. The testing is expected to take
approximately 18 hours at each location, but that could be split up
depending on the weather and other factors. The transmitter is limited to a
10 MHz tuning range centered at 229.7 MHz. We are requesting one frequency
to be used at all locations, if possible. The request parameters are as
follows:

Locations

1.      Wichita, KS (ICT) within 3 km of 37-39-12 N, 097-25-51 W

2.      Houston, TX (IAH) within 3 km of 29-58-44 N, 095-19-26 W
3.      Lincoln, NE (LNK) within 3 km of 40-50-58 N, 096-45-41 W
4.      Omaha, NE (OMA) within 3 km of 41-18-18 N, 095-53-36 W

Parameters
Transmit Power: 2.5 W
Emissions: 8K00F1D
Frequencies: A single frequency between 224.7 MHz and 234.7 MHz
Antenna Gain: -5 dBi
Antenna Height AGL: 2 meters
Required Date: 8/1/2017
End Date: 10/1/2017

I will submit the FCC application after you send me the frequencies you
select.

Thanks,

Dan Hankins
