Explanation
Please explain in the area below why an STA is necessary:
RF Film, Inc. hereby requests Special Temporary Authority (STA) to operate in the 2360-2390MHz telemetry band, pursuant to Section 21.25 of the Commissions' Rules. RF Film, Inc. requests that the Commission grant it temporary authority to operate on the frequencies centered on 2368MHz, 2382MHz with an 8MHz bandwidth.

Purpose of Operation
Please explain the purpose of operation:  To provide live aerial images during a commercial production shoot. Columbia Pictures Industries, Inc. has contracted RF Film, Inc. to provide the necessary microwave for the shooting of this movie. Due to the extreme frequency congestion in the Lynn Massachusetts area, coupled with the added congestion from traditional Television and News coverage of special events in the area, RF Film requests the use of channels in the 2360-2390MHz Telemetry Band.
