BPC Spectrum LLC 1620 26Street Suite 6000N Santa Monica, CA 90404 LICENSEE ACKNOWLEDGMENT AND CONSENT TO APPLICATION FOR SPECIAL TEMPORARY AUTHORITY OF PULOLL, INC. 1. BPC Spectrum LLC ("BPC Spectrum") is the licensee under FCC radio station authorization call sign WPRR302 in MEAOOY — Jacksonville (the "License"). BPC Spectrum and Puloli, Inc. ("Pulol1") have entered into a spectrum manager lease agreement authorizing Puloli to operate as a spectrum manager under the License (the "Lease"), which was accepted by the FCC (Lease Id LO0O0O033284) on February 5, 2019. 2. This confirms that Puloli has permission from BPC Spectrum, upon FCC approval, to test its equipment by operating on BPC Spectrum‘s licensed spectrum as set forth in the Application for Special Temporary Authority ("Application"), to which this acknowledgment and consent is attached, and that BPC Spectrum acknowledges and consents to the use of the spectrum assigned to the License and under Lease to Puloli, as set forth in Puloli‘s Application.
