Please explain in the area below why an STA is necessary:
EXPEDITED ATTENTION REQUESTED - The STA will enable Puloli, Inc. to test its prototype Part 27 transmitter in real-world conditions in order to refine its design prior to requesting equipment authorization approval. Puloli has more testing to complete before it applies for FCC certification for the product, and the instant STA Request will permit Puloli to determine the requisite output power and related technical parameters so that it may complete the equipment authorization process. The required showing for expedited attention is attached hereto.

Purpose of Operation
Please explain the purpose of operation:  The proposed operation will permit Puloli to test various output power levels to determine the real-world implementation of the technology prior to seeking certification through the equipment authorization process. As the spectrum manager of Station WPRR302, Puloli has the authority from the stations licensee to test the specified equipment prior to its implementation as a commercial service.
