Please explain in the area below why an STA is necessary:
Parallel Wireless, Inc., is an innovative company developing next-generation 3G, 4G, and 5G radio access networks. Parallel Wireless, in cooperation with first responder agencies and the State of New Hampshire, would like to provide a mobile Band 14 LTE Demo for Public Safety First Responders. The Parallel Wireless equipment comprises LTE eNodeB base stations. Testing of the base stations will entail Band 14 capable handsets connecting to the base stations in their typical operating environment. This application is for activities on LTE Band 14.

Purpose of Operation
Please explain the purpose of operation:  The purpose of operation is radio testing of Parallel Wireless hardware and software, in real-world environments. The testing will allow for further development of a vehicle network system solution, inspired by the Public Safety Communications Research (PSCR) concept, for a virtual network system (VNS). The project team will conduct a testing tour throughout New Hampshire. The testing will be supported by devices and applications operating through a Band 14 eNodeB/EPC, in a portable deployment scenario. Performing these tests on a daily basis for the proposed operation dates will provide the opportunity to test the equipment operation in different scenarios, overcome various network and data application-based obstacles, and in heavy RF intensive environments. Parallel Wireless hardware was used for a similar exercise with the Oklahoma Public Safety Broadband Network, across the state of Oklahoma. Further information about the Oklahoma Public Safety Broadband Network exercise may be found under File No. 1611-EX-ST-2016. There is no commercial activity or mission-critical telecommunication support being provided as part of this demonstration. Rather, the demonstration is proof-of-concept.
