With respect to this application, it was requested that the applicant obtain a written consent from Inmarsat
for operations in the 1533-1537 MHz band as Inmarsat has ubiquitous mobile receivers in this portion of
the band which could be impacted by the proposed operation. We were instructed to contact Giselle
Creeser at Inmarsat via e-mail which was done on May 22, 2017. We provided full technical
specifications for the proposed STA operation and attached an as-filed copy of the STA application by
PDF.

To date, no response has been received whatsoever. We will try any other suggested method of
obtaining Inmarsat concurrence but it is noted that other, prior STA applications specifying this same
frequency range were recently granted without such concurrence and no interference was reported at this
same venue at Circuit of the Americas Race Track near Austin, Texas.
