Explanation
Please explain in the area below why an STA is necessary:
Applicants exeriment will be at a 3 day developer conference (10-13 Sept 2012) using radios that operate on UMTS Band 1 frequencies. The DL is 2110-2170 MHz, not authorized for portable wireless in the US. The UL is 1920-1980 MHz, which overlaps UMTS Band II, broadband PCS in the United States. The radios will be sold outside the US only. The purpose of the experiment is to demostrate network connectivity.

Purpose of Operation
Please explain the purpose of operation:  Intel will be demonstrating new technology, Edge Cloud applications for Smart Cells, showing the benefits of caching at the edge of the network for enhanced user experience
