Please explain in the area below why an STA is necessary:
Extension of the existing STA, File No. 0586-EX-ST-2007, for 180 days, is sought in connection with a pending transfer of control application, File No. 0023-EX-TU-2007. HNS License Sub, LLC seeks extension of its authority for interim operation under its current ownership structure pending action on this transfer of control application. The Explanatory Statement and Exhibits E and F provided in File No. 0497-EX-ST-2007 are hereby incorporated by reference.
Purpose of Operation
Please explain the purpose of operation:
