Please explain in the area below why an STA is necessary:
Florida Department of Transportation is hosting a demonstration of an unmanned aircraft on June 1-4, 2001 in Miami, FL. Permanent operating authority is not required. Experimental authority is required because there are no frequencies available for the flight controluplink and the video downllink from the aircraft.
