Exhibit A Application for Special Temporary Authority Com-Net Ericsson Critical Radio Systems, Inc. Applicant would like to advise Commission that the maximum, on-air power trans- mission of the equipment will be only 1 watt. Furthermore, applicant does not believe that any other exhibitors will be operating on same frequencies and, finally, applicant does not believe that the United States Department of Defense will be utilizing same frequencies in Hynes Convention Center during the time of applicant•s operation.
