Time and Dates of Proposed Operation
Applicant proposes to commence testing on August 28, 2000. Testing is proposed for a minimum
of three months and a maximum of six months. Once deployed, the device will have the ability to
send/receive signals 24 hours a day.

Classes of Station and Call Sign of Station
The product will operate on the following Part 90 fixed and mobile frequencies licensed to
BellSouth Wireless Data L.P. (•BellSouth•) under call signs WNZK494 and WPHB909:
936.26250, 936.27500, 936.28750, 936.30000, 936.31250, 936.32500, 936.33750, 936.35000,
936.36250, 936.37500 and 896.00000 - 901.00000. Applicant is authorized to utilize these
frequencies as BellSouth•s customer pursuant to a Developer Support Program Agreement
executed by Applicant and BellSouth on September 29, 1999.

Locations of Proposed Operation
The test operation will consist of the deployment of 25 test units, each at a single stationary
location in the greater metropolitan Washington, D.C. area.
