                       Antenna Model & Orientation Change
                          STA File No. 0514-EX-ST-2013

Alcatel-Lucent (“ALU”) hereby requests a minor modification of its STA Filing No.
0514-EX-ST-2013.

The modification is to utilize an RFS APXVLL13N-C antenna model vs. the RFS
APXTM14-CT6 antenna model provided with the original submission. The RFS
APXVLL13N-C has very similar electrical specification with a small increase in its
maximum gain of 18.5 dBi vs. the original antenna selection of 16.5 dbi. The RFS
APXVLL13N-C is being proposed based on availability and flexibility of providing
variable electrical tilt capabilities. See “APXVLL13N-C Antenna Datasheet” exhibit
for additional specification on the antenna being proposed.

Alcatel-Lucent also requests to expand the potential testing orientation window
another 15° degrees to the South with potential sector orientation spanning
between 45° and 135°. The minor modification parameters are highlighted in red
below. No other adjustments are being made to the STA request that vary from the
original “Description of Proposed Experimental Operation” exhibit.
