                         Petition to Discontinue Service and Waiver for Notice

Global Ip Tec, LLC ("Global Ip Tec") hereby requests, pursuant to Section 214 of the Communications Act
of 1934, as amended, 47 U.S.C. Section 214, and pursuant to the Commissions Rules, Section 63.71 of
the Code of Federal Regulations (C.F.R.), to discontinue service and for the Commission to cancel its FCC
214 Authorization. Global Ip Tec intended to operate as an international telecommunications services
reseller after it obtained its FCC 214 authorization in 2010. However, its operations never launched and
it never offered any telecommunications services, nor did it have any customers.

Global Ip Tec is a company incorporated under the laws of the State of Delaware. In support of the
request of Global Ip Tec, for authorization to discontinue service, the following information is submitted
pursuant to the Commission Rules, 47 C.F.R. Section 63.71.

2.      Date of planned service discontinuance:
        Global Ip Tec has not had any customers and as such, it does not have any services to
        discontinue. It is submitting this filing in order to cancel its FCC 214 Authorization.


3.      Points of geographic areas of service affected:
        Global Ip Tec intended to operate from the State of Florida but it never launched operations
        and it did not have any customers, so it does not have any geographic areas of service that will
        be affected.

4.     Brief description of the type of service affected:
       The company intended to offer resold long distance international telecommunications
       services but it never offered any services nor did it have any customers.

5.     Brief description of the dates and methods of notice to all affected customers:
       Global lp Tec did not have any customers. As such, it does not have any customers to notify.

6.      Non-dominance of the carrier with respect to the service being discontinued:
        Global lp Tec is a non-dominant carrier and since it has not provided any services, it does not
        have any services to be discontinued.

7.     Service:
       ln accordance with Section 53.71(a) of the Commission's rules, Global lp Tec, LLC has mailed a
       copy of this application to the Governor of the affected state (the State of Florida), to the
       affected State public utility commission (the Florida Public Service Commission) and to the
       Special Assistant for Telecommunications for the Secretary of the Defense. Please note that
       Global lp Tec, LLC has never provided telecommunications servlces to any government
       agencies or government contractors. lt is only sending a copy of this application to the
       Secretary of Defense since it is statutorily required to do so.

8.      Circumstances of Discontinuance
        Global lp Tec has not provided any telecommunications service and has not had any
        customers, so it decided to surrender its FCC 214 authorization.

9.     Conclusion
        Pursuant to Section 214 of the Communications Act of 1934, as amended , 47 U. S. C. Section
        214, and the commission's Rules regarding 47 C. R. R. Section 6-3.7L, Global lp Tec
        understands that this application will be automatically granted on the 31st day after the
        Public Notice is released, with no Commission notification to Global lp Tec, unless the
        Commission has notified the company that the grant will not be automatically effective.
