Syniverse Technologies, LLC
Application for International Signaling Point Codes
(Wentzville, MO/Dallas, TX Network)

Syniverse Technologies, LLC (“Syniverse”) requests three new international signaling point
codes (“ISPCs”) for use in its signaling network. The planned implementation date for the new
network is March 1, 2013. Further information to support this request is as follows:

   • Syniverse is installing new hardware and signal transfer points (“STPs”) which are
needed to support growth of its network.
   • Function of new ISPCs:
o One ISPC assigned to Wentzville STP facilities
o One ISPC assigned to Dallas STP facilities
o One ISPC for use as a capability point code
   • Type of SS7 equipment: Performance Technologies x401 STPs
   • Signaling service provided – mobile roaming
   • Networks other than Syniverse will use the ISPCs for link alignment to Syniverse’s
network. The new ISPCs are necessary to ensure proper signaling network management.
