By this letter, Sprint supplements its applications to advise the Commission of the subsequent name change of BM Holdings GK to SoftBank Group International GK. As described in the Public Interest Statement and Description of Pro Forma Transfer of Control provided in response to Question 43 (“Question 43 Exhibit”), SoftBank Group International GK (formerly BM Holdings GK) is the entity that the parties propose to insert into the indirect vertical ownership chain above Sprint, between SoftBank Group Corp. and the holding companies in which its Sprint shares are currently held. There have been no other changes related to this entity or its proposed indirect ownership interest. An updated ownership diagram for the Post-Reorganization Ownership Structure that reflects the name change is attached and is intended to replace the diagram provided on the last page of the Question 43 Exhibit. Additionally, the Proposed Form 602 (Ownership Disclosure Report) for Sprint Corporation, appended to the applications in response to Question No. A20, has been revised to reflect the name change. No other revisions were made to the Form 602 or the proposed ownership structure. The File No. for the revised Form 602 filed April 21, 2016, is 0007239063.
