FCC Form 312 Schedule A, Question A21 May 2014 Exhibit F This application seeks FCC consent to transfer control of the earth station licenses identified at Schedule A, Item A8, of the instant FCC Form 312 (collectively, the “Earth Stations”), from the Shareholders of Media General, Inc. to the Post-Merger Shareholders of Media General, Inc. The Earth Stations are used in connection with the broadcast operations of various television stations for news gathering and coverage of events of interest for those television stations’ local communities and surrounding service areas. As described in Exhibit E to this application, this application is one of a series of applications that have been filed with the FCC, including an FCC Form 315 application filed with the FCC’s Media Bureau requesting Commission consent to transfer control of the licensee of the television stations associated with the Earth Stations. Upon consummation of the proposed transaction, the Earth Stations will continue to be used in the same manner in which they are currently being utilized by the licensee. Therefore, a grant of this Form 312 application would serve the public interest. 404504504v1
