('STNI') to Sinclair Communications, LLC (“SCLLC”) was consummated. As the Commission is aware, the instant transaction was undertaken as part of an internal reorganization and merger which resulted in no substantial change in ownership. As disclosed in the above-referenced application, the transaction was consummated on December 31, 2013.
