Sinclair Communications, LLC FCC Form 312 February 2014 EXHIBIT F This application seeks Commission consent to the pro forma transfer of control of WCHS Licensee, LLC, licensee of earth station licenses, E120011, E060010, E860272 and E873865 (the “Stations”), from Sinclair Television of Nashville, Inc. to Sinclair Communications, LLC. The Stations are used in connection with the operations of WCHS-TV, which serves the viewing population of Charleston, West Virginia. Accordingly, the public interest would be served by consent to the instant application.
