All of the entities shown on the charts are organized in the United States. The primary business of each entity other than the Cy N. Bahakel Trust Dated January 12, 2005 and the 2000 Bahakel Descendents Trust is broadcasting. The trusts operate as trusts for the benefit of their beneficiaries. The address for each company is One Television Place, Charlotte, North Carolina 28205.
