       On behalf of TrustComm, Inc. the proposed transferor ofthe above—referenced earth
stations, whercby respectfully reguest thatthe period authorized for consmmation of the
license trumsfers be extended for un additional 60 days, .e., until December 6, 2012. The
underlying transaction is currently before the Department of Justice, the Department of
Homeland Security and the Federal Bureau of Investigation(*Team Telccomt"). The requested
extension will afford Team Telecom sufficient time to complete their review.
