The Court, having considered the Motion, any evidence presented, arguments of counsel and the applicable legal authorities, finds that the Motion should be granted. The Court finds that joint administration of Case No. 4:08-BK-17646 (In re: Equity Media Holdings Corporation) with the Subsidiary Debtors’ cases is in the best interest of Equity Media and the Subsidiary Debtors, as well as their respective estates, creditors, and other parties in interest.
