(¢Impsat") respectfully request that the period authorized for completing the closing ofthe above—referenced transfer ofcontrol be extended for an additional 60 days. On November 28, 2006, GCL and Impsat filed an application secking Commission consent to the transfer of control of Impsat‘s wholly owned Commissionlicensed U.S. subsidiary, Impsat USA, Inc.("Impsat USA"), to GCL. The Commission granted consent to the transfer ofcontrol oImpsat USA‘s earth station authorizations effective February 8, 2007.
