Washington, D.C. 20554 Re: Request for Special Temporary Authority Hagerstown, Maryland Earth Station KA275 File No. SES-STA-20190702-00882 Dear Ms. Dortch: Intelsat License LLC (“Intelsat”) herein further supplements its above referenced request for Special Temporary Authority (“STA”). Specifically, Intelsat is updating the requested commencement date of the STA and the scheduled launch date of Intelsat 39 to August 6, 2019. Intelsat 39 is now expected to be launched no earlier than August 6, 2019. All other information in the above referenced STA requests remains unchanged.
