Intelsat‘s KA275 shall not cause harmful interference to, and shall not claim protection frominterference caused to it by, anyother lawfully operating radio communication system. 3. In the event of any harmfulinterference under this grant of STA, Intelsat License LLC, KA275, must cease operations immediately upon notification ofsuchinterference and must inform the Commission, in writing, immediately ofsuch an event. 4. Washington, D.C. 20554 Re: Request for Special Temporary Authority Hagerstown, Maryland Earth Station KA275 Dear Ms. Dortch: Intelsat License LLC ("Intelsat") herein requests a grant of Special Temporary Authority ("STA")‘ for 60 days, commencing August 10, 2017, to use its Hagerstown, Maryland C—band earth station—call sign KA275—to provide Telemetry, Tracking, and Command ("TT&C") services to Intelsat 35¢ (call sign $2959) at its permanent location of 34.5° W.L." iIntelsat has a pending application to permanently modify its KA275 license to support Intelsat 35e TT&C services at 34.5° W.L.} The proposed operations will be performed at the following center frequencies: 4197.75 MHz, 4198.25 MHz, 4198.75 MHz, and 4199.25 MHz (space—to—Earth); and 5853.0 MHz and 6424.5 MHz (Earth—to— space). In further support of this request, Intelsat incorporates its pending modification application," which includes technical information that demonstrates that the operation of the earth station will be compatible withits electromagnetic environment and will not cause harmful interference into any lawfully operating terrestrial facility. The proposed operations at 34.5° W.L. will be consistent with Intelsat‘s coordination agreements for the nominal 34.5° W.L.
