All operations must be within the coordinated emission and power limits. 2. During the drift to the satellite‘s permanent orbital location 43.15° W.L., Intelsat will coordinate with operators ofco—frequencysatellites in the drift path. 3. Intelsat‘s KL92 shall not cause harmful interference to, and shall not claim protection from interference caused to it by, anyother lawfully operating radio communication system. 5. In the event of any harmfulinterference under this grant of STA, Intelsat License LLC, KL92, must cease operations immediately upon notification of such interference and must inform the Commission, in writing, immediatelyof suchan event. 6. In the extremely unlikely event that harmful interference should occur due to transmissions to or from its earth station, Intelsat will take all reasonable steps to eliminate the interference. Grant of this STA request will help ensure safe station—keeping of the SKY—BI1 satellite and continuity of service at the 43.15° W.L. orbital location and thereby promotes the public interest.
