CallS intD t other Applicant: Intelsat License LLC FileNo.: SES-STA-20151014-00685 Ft__________ Call Sign: E040125 .A1TF Special Temporary Authority (STA) /J Intelsat License LLC is granted a STA extension from SES-STA-20150911-00ul, for 30 days, from October20 to November 20, 2015, to operate its C-band earth station, Call Sign E040 125, located in, Riverside, California, to provide launch and early orbit phase (LEOP) services and telemetry, tracking, and command (TT&C) services at the in-orbit testing (JOT) at 51.5 C W.L. and to drift of the satellite from the JOT location to Intelsat 34's final location at 55.5° W.L. Finally, Intelsat requests that this STA extension include the ability to continue providing YJ'&C services to Intelsat 34 at its permanent location of 55.5° W.L. The LEOP and TT&C operations during JOT will be under the following conditions: 1. Uplink (Earth-to-space) frequency to Intelsat 34 satellite are 6173.70 MHz and 6176.30 MHz (LHCP) center frequency within coordinated emission and power limits. 2. Downlink (space-to-Earth) frequencies from Intelsat 34 satellite are 3949 MHz, 3949.50 MHz, 3950.50 MHz, and 3951 MHz (RHCP) center frequencies. 3. Intelsat will coordinate the proposed JOT operations at JOT location 51.5° W.L. with operators of co-frequency satellites. During the drift from 51.5° W.L. to the satellite's permanent orbital location 55.5° W.L. Intelsat will coordinate with operators of co-frequency satellites in the drift path. 4. The LEOP operations must be coordinated with all operators of satellites that use the same frequency bands and are in the LEOP path. All operators of satellites in that path will be provided with an emergency phone number where the licensee can be reached in the event that harmful interference occurs. Requests to speak with Harry Burnham or Kevin Bell. 4. All operations under this grant of STA shall be on an unprotected and non-harmful interference basis. Intelsat' s E040 125 shall not cause harmful interference to, and shall not claim protection from interference caused to it by, any other lawfully operating radio communication system. 5. In the event of any harmful interference as a result of operations under this grant of STA, Jntelsat shall cease operations immediately upon notification of such interference and shall immediately inform the Commission, in writing, of such an event. 6. Grant of this STA is without prejudice to any determination that the Commission may make regarding pending or future Jntelsat License LLC applications. 7. Any action taken or expense incurred as a result of operations pursuant to this STA is solely at Jntelsat License LLC's risk. 8. This grant is issued pursuant to Section 0.26 1 of the Commission's rules on delegated authority, 47 C.F.R. § 0.26 1, and is effective upon release.
