Applicant: ISAT US Inc. Call Sign: E120072 File No.: SES-STA-20 150831-00562 Special Temporary Authority (STA) ISAT US Inc. ("ISAT US") is granted STA, for 30 days, for Inmarsat Mobile Networks, Inc. ("Inmarsat Mobile Networks") to conduct the Over-the-air Site Acceptance Testing ("OSAT") of the Inmarsat Global Xpress Ka-band frequency network with the two earth station user terminal antennas model L3 Cheetah II located in Atlanta (03 3° 54'35.9994" N.L./083° 58'48" W.L.) and Savannah (32 ° 08'24" N.L./081° 12' 00" W.L.), Georgia to communicate with Inmarsat 5 F2 satellite at orbital location 55 degrees W.L. Inmarsat Mobile Networks will conduct the OSAT in the frequencies: 29.5-3 0.0 GHz (Earth-to-space) and 19.7-20.2 GHz (space-to Earth). The STA will be conducted under the following conditions: 1. All operations by ISAT US and Inmarsat Mobile Networks shall be on an unprotected basis and shall not claim protection from interference caused to it by any other lawfully operating station. 2. In the event that any harmful interference is caused as a result of STA operation, ISAT US and Inmarsat Mobile Networks shall cease operations immediately upon notification of such an event, and shall inform the Commission immediately, in writing, of the event. 3. Any action taken or expense incurred as a result of operations pursuant to this special temporary authority is solely at ISAT US's and Inmarsat Mobile Networks' own risks. 4. Operations under STA will be in compliance with 47 C.F.R. § 25.209(b) and 25.138 and will be operated through the Lino Lakes Satellite Access station E120072, SES-LIC-20 120426- 00397. 5. Grant of this authorization is without prejudice to any determination that the Commission may make regarding ISAT US's pending FCC application IBFS File No. SES-LIC-20150625-00383. 6. This action is issued pursuant to Section 0.26 1 of the Commission's rules on delegated authority, 47 C.F.R. §0.26 1, and is effective immediately.
