Washington, D.C. 20554 Re: Request for Special Temporary Authority Earth Station KA258 File No. SES—STA—20150213—00074 Dear Ms. Dortch: Intelsat License LLC ("Intelsat") herein supplements its above referenced request for Special Temporary Authority ("STA") to use the above referenced earth station to provide launch and early orbit phase ("LEOP") for the Turkmenistan—1 satellite that is expected to be launched no earlier than February 27, 2015. Specifically, the launch date has changed to March 22, 2015. The first paragraph should now read: Intelsat License LLC ("Intelsat") herein requests a grant of Special Temporary Authority ("STA") for 30 days, commencing March 22, 2015, to use its Hagerstown, Maryland Ku—band earth station—call sign KA258—to provide launch and early orbit phase ("LEOP") services for Turkmenistan—1, which is expected to be launched no earlier than March 22, 2015.
