ESPN is one of our largest clients and they have contracted us for several upcoming events. The most recent upcoming event is Saturday May 18, 2013. We are to be in Greensboro North Carolina producing a Rutgers event. This game will be broadcasted on the ESPN network for public viewing. If we have to pull our production truck from this event, ESPN will not be able to broadcast and the repercussions would be very unfavorable for ESPN, not to mention the all the fans that planned on watching this event from home. Also, Sure Shot Transmissions Inc will very likely lose ESPN as our client altogether. I hope that you will take my plea into consideration for granting my request.
