Uplink to Intelsat 21 @ 58 ° W.L satellite will be from 14.0—14.5 GHz with coordinated emission and power limits. 2. Downlink from Intelsat 21 @ 58° W.L on 11.7—12.2 GHz. 3. Operation of this earth station must be incompliance with space station operator directions. Earth Station operator may not exceed power levels or emission bandwidth established by the space station‘s network operation center. 4. BFMTV, earth station operator, may not operate the earth station while in motion and may not operate with any other satellite. BFMTV shall operate the Temporary—fixed earth station in pursuant to Section 25.277 of the Commission‘s rules, 47 C.F.R §25.277. 5.
