The launch of Intelsat 23 has been further delayed, and the satellite is now scheduled to be launched on October 14, 2012. There will be no change in operating parameters authorized in the current STA for Intelsat 23 LEOp TT&C operations or the planned duration of operations, and a 30—day extension is requested to accommodate possible further launch delays.
